it's been a wasted day.
my beautiful morning was lost in the land of Nod, whereas the afternoon was spent giving tuition.
if there's one more thing more irritating than going to schools during the hols, it's the fear of being unprepared for the coming term exams.Well. celebrated junjie and nigel's birthday this week.
Wed:
- marina. junjie's bdae. steamboat/bbq. addictive silly game. amusing ourselves in the bus, train, bus stop.
- macdonalds. the ___ jokes.
caught the last bus home.
Friday:
- creative warehouse sale and IMM with classmates.
- tuition. was pleasantly surprised at the cakes bought. :)) celebrated belated bdae. did 2 qns in 3 hours. oops.
- vivo. nigel/junjie's bdae. rooftop. played addictive game again. all looked like fools with the funneh actions. no one seemed to care. a relish for the friends and company. a reminiscence to come.
Later:
-jurong point. perhaps it's gonna be dinner + basketball/board games/just some catching up?
i've no mood to mug at all.

is it just me or is everyone else feeling the same way?i wasnt supposed to know,but now, since the words have been blurted out, i could only say, "Too bad." and laugh at all the bashfulness later on. :)-Thank You, Lord, for crazy crazy crazy times. -

My stomach tied itself into
2 knots today.
Firstly, tingyou and i
ALMOST GOT CAUGHT FOR jaywalking?!.Because we were too lazy to use the traffic light(which was a few feet away), we decided to jigzag past stationary vehicles to get to the other side. Then around 10 metres away stood two policemen who seemed to witness the little 'crime'. We were actually heading towards their direction, but due to change of plans, we directed our paths 90 degrees clockwise and tried to avoid their stares. but when we stole occasional glances at them, we saw that they still kept their beady eyes on us the whole time we walked away.
It scared the hell outta us.
Worse thing is that as we tried to shun their stares by heading towards a HDB (and instead found ourselves surrounded by old folks), we caught sight of those blue uniforms nearby too. wah. in the end, we ended up taking refuge on the 6th storey of the HDB. hahaa. like two fools.
come to think of it, perhaps the policemen were just trying to scare us. who knows?

it was kinda disappointing. but it's alright i guess.
it's just strange. even though im never a big fan of soccer, but losing the match felt as if i've lost something i never had.

hmm MAX's birthday!
It was an entertaining day with all the great company, the zhong-ji-mi-mah and the punishment=ultimately gross food, the toothsome 6 scoops of ben and jerry with bananas and bits of brownies, the phototaking, chillin, the chatting... :)
Bought a $7.90 lamp in Ikea. thought it was such a good deal. and in the end, found out that the price of the BULB cost $12.90! Like, for real?!
anw, i could probably go study in Ikea if i couldnt concentrate at home. use the furniture there. it's like Ikea has plenty of furniture and different layouts for me to try. all sorts of comfy chairs, tables, lamps, even beds (in case im tired). perhaps, the environment there will be more conducive. heehee. =P
gotten myself a new pair of shoes! but the weird thing is that it's a white shoe with pink and silver stripes at the sides. a little unusual huh. the pink stuff i mean. many have never seen me in school with any pink stuff before. oh well. had to make do with it cuz the one i really wanted(white shoes with black, gold and silver stripes) is sold out. pooooopoooopoooo.
